We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery instruction is provided.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of medicinal products and patient safety regulations.
If your order is declined at the clinical assessment stage, you will receive a full refund. If you have a complaint regarding your order, please contact us directly and we will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly.
